What is Alexander Technique?
Mental, physical and psychological well-being is profoundly affected by the way
the body is used or mis-used. Bad posture and muscular tension can be the cause
of many common complaints such as back ache, arthritis and mental stress.
During lessons, the dynamic relationship between the head, neck, back and limbs
can be rediscovered and in this new awareness, a heightening of consciousness
on all levels is achieved.
